They honored the Lifetime Warranty from when I had the windows tinted in 2002 on my 1985.5 Nissan Hardbody King Kab SE-V6. The tint had discolored, and the driver window had a small delamination. Fantastic job by the staff. I would strongly recommend Alta Mere!

What an easy and good experience. I needed to have the rear window tint removed and replaced. They were able to schedulme the next morning. After warning me that it could take a few hours, they were done in about an hour and a half. Everyone I talked to was polite and very informative. Price was nice as well. Definitely recommend.

Great Place. Elmer at counter sales was great with explaining the Tint on my wife's inside windows. Knowledge of the film used and now 2 days after tint was done we are very satisfied! Taking original tint off and putting on there new exclusive tint will make me spread the word. I am bringing my Truck in next week or so to get it tinted.

Chose Alta Mere after looking around online and reading many reviews. Since I was steered right, I had to add my own 5 stars for this outstanding business! The existing tint on my back window had bubbled, was peeling, and had gotten basically impossible to see out of. They somehow were able to get the old one completely off, and replace it with a perfect new one that is an excellent match with the still good tints on the other windows. I did need to leave the vehicle from about 9am to 1pm for this big and hard job. It's probably not the cheapest place in town either. But I believe you get what you pay for. They did an amazing job! Everyone I talked to at every step along the way was very courteous and professional. The tint has a lifetime warranty! I would definitely return here, and recommend Alta Mere Plano to anyone!
I first called Alta Mere after searching for window tinting locations near me. They had very positive Yelp reviews. I called them and the lady who answered was very friendly and answered all of my questions and provided me pricing both verbally and through email. I scheduled my ceramic window tint appointment and the staff was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They weren't pushy and I felt comfortable making my choice of tint. They worked on my brand new Tesla Model 3 and the ceramic tint they added has made a HUGE difference considering the 100 plus degree temps we have had here in Dallas! Once I picked up my vehicle after about 4 hours for them to ceramic tint the windshield, rear and side windows, they gave me what to expect and how to best take care of the window tint (no ammonia based cleaners!). I am very happy with the job that was done! See for yourself in the pictures!
Found this company on Yelp and received a quote via the Yelp “project” feature. They book over the phone and were able to get me in same day.Showroom had the different tint models and shades set up so you can get a first hand feel for look and effectiveness in blocking UV and infrared radiation (heat).Job took 3 hours to do front windows, passenger windows, and back window.Professional and the tint job looks great. Still riding out the “settling” period to confirm everything looks good. They do have a lifetime warranty on labor and materials so peace of mind there.
Alta Mere has been in Plano Texas for as long as I can remember and they do high quality work at a fair price! I took in my new 2011 Ford Ranger and had all the windows tinted and the strip across the top of the windshield. I dropped my truck off at noon lunch time and at 1:30 pm they called and told me it was ready I was amazed at the high quality job they did! I will definitely tell everyone I know to take there vehicle to Alta Mere for fast high quality tint job A++

What a great experience I had with Alta Mere Plano! I arrived promptly when they opened hoping they could tint my vehicle because I didn’t have an appointment. I was given easy to understand options that included features and benefits of the films they had to offer. This made it easy with no confusion at all. Once I made my choice, they happily took my keys and said they’d “work it in.” The waiting room was clean and tidy and very informative about all the services they offer. I wasn’t there two hours and they had my car completed and pulled around. The checkout process was simple, I gave them my card, signed, and I was out the door. As I looked over their work I noticed their attention to detail was spot on. There was no “light gaps” or bubbles. I did my research and I’m extremely satisfied with my choice to have Alta Mere Plano tint my car. And, I’ve referred others to them.
These guys did an awesome job on my 2019 Challenger! I called in spoke to Sean, and was able to have my tint appointment the very next day, they did an awesome job with my tint they left it flawless! Since I get off work late I asked them to leave my car out for me so I could pick it up after hours, they did an awesome job by putting my car in a nice corner right in front of their business, away from other vehicles that could possibly hit my car! And that shows me how much they respected me as a customer, and respected my car! I really do appreciate these guys! Very satisfied customer. I feel like there’s a lot of sketchy stuff when you’re looking for a tinting place online. The parts guy at my local Honda dealership recommended this place and I’m super happy with the experience. The tint looks great, the price was reasonable, and the staff was great to work with. Called in advance for ceramic tint on all windows except the windshield , took about two hours. Reasonable prices for quality uv protection films. 35% tint in front and 5% in the back, even though the tint is dark from the outside , the ceramic plus tint is semi-clear from the inside.
